½ oz. Brandy

½ oz. Franco's® Triple Sec

½ oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.


Daiquiri ( Frozen )

4 oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

1½ oz. Rum

Blend with crushed ice until frozen.



Daiquiri (on the rocks)


3 oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

1½ oz. Rum

Stir and strain into glass.

































Ramos Gin Fizz

2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

3 dashes Orange Flower Water

2 tsp. Sugar

2 oz. Half & Half Cream

Shake with ice. Strain into Highball glass. Fill with a little Soda Water.



Shark’s Tooth


2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

3 dashes Orange Flower Water

2 tsp. Sugar

2 oz. Half & Half Cream

Shake with ice. Strain into Highball glass. Fill with a little Soda Water.



Squall


2 oz. Light Rum

2 oz. Pat O'Brien's® Cyclone Cocktail Mix

Shake and pour into 16 oz.

Hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.




































Hurricane


Use a 28 ounce Hurricane Glass. Fill with crushed ice.

Add 4 oz. of good dark rum

Add 4 oz. of reconstituted

Pat O'Brien's® Hurricane Cocktail Mix

Stir. Garnish with orange slice & maraschino cherry.

Serve with straw - Have Fun!


Kamikaze

¾ oz. Vodka

¼ oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

½ oz. Franco's® Triple Sec

Shake with ice and strain or serve on the rocks.


Long Island Iced Tea

½ oz. Gin

½ oz. Rum

½ oz. Vodka

½ oz. Tequila

¾ oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

Stir with ice in tall glass. Fill with cola. Garnish with lemon slice

2 oz. Southern Comfort

1 oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Shake with cracked ice and strain into

large cocktail glass.



Scotch Sour

2 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1½ oz. Scotch

Shake in cocktail shaker, pour into cocktail glass.





































Tom Collins

3 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1½ oz. Gin

Stir with ice.

Add club soda.

Garnish with lime slice and cherry.



Tootsie Roll

1 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Brown Crème de Cocoa

2 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

Shake with ice and serve.



Whiskey Sour

2 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1½ oz. Bourbon Whiskey

Shake in cocktail shaker, pour into cocktail glass.




Apricot Sour

2 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1½ oz. Apricot Brandy

Shake in cocktail shaker,

Pour into cocktail glass.



Banana Daiquiri ( Frozen)

1 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1 oz. Light Rum

1 oz. Crème de Banana

2 oz. Half & Half Cream

½ Banana (optional)

6 Ice Cubes

Blend until slushy. Garnish with banana chunks.




























Margarita (on the rocks)

3 oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

1½ oz. Tequila

½ oz. Franco's® Triple Sec

Stir and strain into salt-rimmed glass, salted

with Franco's ® Margarita Salt.



Peach Daiquiri (frozen)

1 oz. Light Rum

½ oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

1 oz. Peachtree Schnapps

1 oz. Half & Half Cream

½ Fresh or Frozen Peach (optional)

6 ice cubes. Blend until slushy.

Garnish with peach slice.



Piña Colada

1½ oz. Light Rum

2 oz. Franco's® Cream of Coconut

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

3 oz. Half & Half Cream

Blend with ice. Garnish with pineapple stick

Strawberry Daiquiri (Frozen)

4 oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

1½ oz. Rum

6-8 oz. crushed ice.

Blend until frozen.


Strawberry Daiquiri (On the rocks)

4 oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

1½ oz. Rum

Shake and serve over ice.


Strawberry Margarita (Frozen)

1½ oz. Tequila

¾ oz. Franco's® Triple Sec

4 oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

1½ cups ice.

Blend 10-15 seconds.

Garnish with strawberry and serve.


Weasel

½ oz. Gin

3 oz. Cranberry Juice

½ oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

½ oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

Shake with ice and serve. Rim the glass with lime peel.










































Margarita ( Frozen )

4 oz. Franco's® Lime Margarita Bar Mix

1½ oz. Tequila

½ oz. Franco's® Triple Sec

Blend with crushed ice until frozen.

Pour into salt-rimmed glass, salted with Franco's ® Margarita Salt.



Ruby Fizz

1½ oz. Gin

¾ oz. Sloe Gin

1 oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

1 oz. Franco's® Lemon Bar Mix

Shake with cracked ice and strain into 8 oz.

Highball Glass.



Rum Runner


Use a blender

Add 1½ - 2 cups of ice

Add 2 jiggers (3 oz.) Florida Straits®

Rum Runner Cocktail Mix

Add 1 jigger (1½ oz.) of good rum

Blend, then serve in a 12 oz. frozen glass with straw.

Garnish with a cherry.


























Strawberry Milk Shake

¾ oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

¾ oz. White Crème de Cocoa

1 oz. Half & Half Cream

Blend with ice. Serve in cocktail glass.



Strawberry Shortcake

1 oz. Vodka

½ oz. Amaretto

¾ oz. White Crème de Cocoa

¾ oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

2 oz. Half & Half Cream

Shake with ice and serve. Garnish with whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream.



Strawberry Stinger


1½ oz. Brandy

½ oz. Franco's® Strawberry Cocktail Mix

½ oz. White Crème de Menthe

Shake with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.
